Returns and Exchanges

1) There are no returns or exchanges on jewelry and underwear

(Except for sending the wrong products: In this case the consumer must inform us by e-mail anxinchina21@gmail.com on the same day or later the next working day, so that a return can be made together with the receipt and you will receive the correct product)

2) Clothing and Footwear:

Changes and returns are made at our headquarters located at 28 MARATHONOS STREET 15351 PALLINI ATTICA

also, a refund is made with ACS (our company expenses)

procedure :

STEP 1) Fill out a return form within two days from the day of receipt, which can be found in the category "my orders"

STEP 2) Prepare the package along with the receipt for ACS to collect from your home
